1. SHIPPING POLICY
Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Event tickets can be credited to future events, if arranged prior to the ticketed event. Expired ticket sales are non-refundable.
In case following conditions are not met StarFest reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
– the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original receipt
– items and packaging must be received in new condition
– the original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged
– packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
– Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box.
Before returning package you need to contact Starland.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use phone number listed below or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
